Shipping coverage
Sariva delivers across India. We use Shiprocket as our shipping and logistics platform.
Estimated delivery timelines
- Within Maharashtra: approximately 4–6 days after order confirmation.
- Outside Maharashtra: approximately 8 days after order confirmation.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges generally range from ₹50 to ₹80 per order. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,000. There is no minimum order value.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipment docket/tracking number after dispatch. Use this number to track your shipment where tracking information is available.
Delays and delivery issues
Please contact our customer care if your order is delayed, your shipment appears lost, or your order is marked delivered but you have not received it. Share your order details and tracking number, if available, so we can review the issue.
Incorrect addresses and unsuccessful delivery
Please provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive your parcel. If the address is incorrect or you are unavailable during delivery, the shipment may be returned to Sariva. Contact customer care to discuss the returned shipment.
