1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or lawful guardian must act for you. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, or misuse our communications channels.
2. Product information and availability
We aim to describe products, ingredients, sizes, pricing, and availability accurately. Images are illustrative, and colour, texture, packaging, or presentation may vary slightly because of screens, natural ingredients, batch characteristics, or packaging updates. Availability can change without notice, including for made-to-order products. We may correct genuine errors or withdraw a listing before accepting an order.
3. Orders and acceptance
Selecting “Order on WhatsApp” starts a conversation; it does not by itself create a confirmed order. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding order is formed only after we confirm the products, total price, delivery details, and acceptance through an available channel. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or inability to verify required details. Contact customer care to review any payment-related issue; applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. The final amount, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, discounts, and any other disclosed charges, will be communicated before confirmation. You agree to use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms. We will never ask you to share a password, PIN, one-time password, or complete card credentials through WhatsApp.
5. Delivery, cancellation, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed where delays arise from couriers, weather, public restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address and for checking the parcel promptly after receipt.
Read our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before ordering. General returns are not accepted, and opened or used products are not eligible for return. For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products, please contact customer care within 2–3 days of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video for review. No standard refund or replacement offering has been confirmed. These terms remain subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Cancellation may be requested until dispatch and is successful only when Sariva confirms it. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer available under the policy. The customer bears return shipping costs where a return shipment is applicable.
6. Product use and health precautions
Product descriptions and traditional Ayurvedic references are provided for general information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or a promise to prevent, treat, or cure disease. Individual responses vary. Read the label and ingredient list, follow directions, perform a patch test where appropriate, and stop use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Seek qualified medical advice before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies or a medical condition, take medication, or intend to use a product for a child. Products are for their stated external or internal use only. Do not ingest products labelled for external use, and keep products away from children unless the label states otherwise.
7. Intellectual property and submitted content
The Sariva name, logo, product presentation, photographs, text, and website design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, modify, sell, or exploit our content without written permission.
If you send feedback, a review, or other content, you confirm that it is lawful, accurate to your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights. We may use feedback to improve our products and services, but will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable customer content in marketing.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We endeavour to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude warranties not expressly stated here. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, payment systems, or delivery networks that we do not control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory rights under consumer law. Subject to that rule, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse, ignored instructions, undisclosed allergies, or events outside our reasonable control. Any liability relating to an order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over our place of business will have jurisdiction, without limiting any forum or remedy that applicable consumer law makes available to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms apply from the “Last updated” date and will not retrospectively alter an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
